LPM Champion™ Program
Participants in our LPM Champion™ program gain unique and valuable skills that allow them to speak authoritatively, from a strong knowledge base, about legal project management and the value that LPM brings to legal organizations.
This program is open to anyone – C-suite executives, legal project managers, lawyers, etc. – with an interest in actively advocating for LPM. LPM Champions work with our experts on projects of their own choosing designed to further the adoption of LPM within their organization.
Additionally, two lawyers at the organization receive customized, expert coaching to assist them in adopting LPM best practices and increase efficiency, profitability, wellness, and satisfaction.
